The Iron-making Management Center of Jingye Group is responsible for providing guidance on the daily procurement of raw materials and fuels for the steel industry at the headquarters. It supervises and guides the entire process from raw materials, fuels and auxiliary materials, sintering, pelletizing to blast furnace ironmaking, as well as conducts technological innovation and scientific research breakthroughs in the iron-making process. We are now recruiting five technical personnel from outside the group.
Recruitment Positions and Responsibilities: \ n1. Sintering Engineer and Technician (2 positions) : Responsible for supervising, implementing and optimizing the production process and technical regulations of the sintering procedure to ensure smooth production and compliance with technical standards. Analyze the raw material ratio, fuel performance and process anomalies, formulate improvement plans, and promote the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects; Participate in technological innovation and key research projects in the sintering process, and introduce new processes and technologies in a timely manner by benchmarking against the same industry. 2. Two iron smelting engineers and technicians: Responsible for supervising, implementing and optimizing the production process and technical regulations of the iron smelting procedure to ensure smooth production and compliance with technical standards. Correctly judge and analyze the furnace conditions of blast furnaces, provide technical guidance for blast furnace operations, improve the quality of molten iron and reduce fuel costs at the same time; Cost accounting for each process before ironmaking, analysis of fuel consumption and energy consumption deviations, monitoring of pig iron costs, and preparation of monthly cost analysis and benchmarking cost analysis. 3. One lime technician: Responsible for the daily control of the production process and technical indicators of the lime process, the supervision and implementation of job technical regulations, providing technical guidance, offering reasonable suggestions, and improving the quality of lime.
Qualifications: 1. Under 45 years old, with a full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in metallurgy or related fields. 2. More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the applied position in a steel enterprise, meeting the job responsibilities of this position and being able to directly undertake the work of this position. 3. Be hardworking and enduring, work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, be able to keep in line with the group, and obey work arrangements. 4. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
