I. Sintering Chief Engineer (1 position) \ n1. Recruitment Requirements: Under 50 years old, with a full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in steel metallurgy, materials science or related fields, and having over 5 years of sintering production management experience. 2. Job Requirements: Be responsible for supervising, implementing and optimizing the production process and technical regulations of the sintering procedure to ensure smooth production and compliance with technical standards. Analyze the raw material ratio, fuel performance and process anomalies, formulate improvement plans, and promote the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects; Participate in technological innovation and key research projects in the sintering process, and introduce new processes and technologies in a timely manner by benchmarking against the same industry. Ii. One Blast Furnace Furnace Manager \ n1. Recruitment Requirements: Under 45 years old, with a full-time bachelor's degree or above; Full-time junior college degree in metallurgy or materials, with over 5 years of operation experience in blast furnaces with a capacity of over 1,300 cubic meters. 2. Job Requirements: Actively implement and enforce all the rules and regulations of the group, and complete all production tasks and economic and technical indicators assigned by the group. Operate the blast furnace carefully in accordance with the operation guidelines formulated by the factory. Achieve high quality, high output, low consumption, long service life and high efficiency for one generation of furnace life. Iii. One Technician \ n1. Recruitment Requirements: Under 45 years old, with a full-time college degree or above in metallurgy or materials science, and at least 2 years of experience in blast furnace operation and sintering operation. 2. Job Requirements: Possess certain data analysis capabilities and strong communication skills, be able to judge production situations based on data, promptly identify problems and propose solutions; Be responsible for the promotion and operation of new processes and technologies, as well as the resolution of difficult problems, to continuously improve product quality and reduce production costs. Iv. One compound talent for process Intelligence: 1. Recruitment Requirements: Under 45 years old, full-time college degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering or related fields, with more than 3 years of working experience. 2. Job Requirements: (1) Proficient in the principles and technologies of automatic control, familiar with the design, programming, debugging and maintenance of steel production automation systems, and at the same time, have in-depth understanding and practical experience in the process flow, process parameters and quality control of ironmaking production. Bachelor's degree or above with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in automation, and those with less than a bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in automation. (2) Possessing rich experience in the development and application of automation control systems such as PLC and DCS, capable of achieving seamless integration and data interaction between automation systems and large models. (3) Possess strong learning ability and innovative consciousness for new technologies and new equipment, and be capable of actively exploring new methods and approaches for the application of automation technology in large models.
