Xinjiang Da'an Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is a key investment project of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. It is located in the Xingxing Economic Development Zone of the 13th Division of the Corps. It officially started production in June 2013 and has now achieved a production capacity of 1.1 million tons of steel. The products include wire rods, rebar, and round bars, among which both rebar and round bars are high-strength earthquake-resistant steel. The company has obtained the production license issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and has passed environmental protection and safety acceptance. It has obtained the pollutant discharge permit and the safety production permit. All the licenses are complete, making it the only steel enterprise in the Corps that has been included in the national industrial and economic development norms directory. The company has successively received titles such as "Outstanding Private Enterprise", "Contract-Keeping and Creditworthy Unit", "Quality Management Advanced Unit", and "Outstanding Unit in Industrial Economy". Recruitment Position

 

Safety Officer: 1 position required: Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety engineering or related fields, those with relevant certifications for industrial safety officers are preferred. 1 year of relevant experience in industrial enterprises, and those with experience in the steel and metallurgical industry are preferred. Salary: 6000 - 8000 yuan per month. Management Trainee (Metallurgy, Mechanical, Electrical, Nonferrous Metal Materials, Safety and Environmental Protection): 5 positions required: Bachelor's degree or above, major in metallurgy/mechanical/electrical/nonferrous metal materials/safety and environmental protection, possessing basic industrial knowledge, having good communication skills and teamwork spirit (those with factory internship experience are preferred). Responsibilities: Responsible for production process operations, inspecting workshop instrument devices. Salary: 5500 - 7000 yuan per month. Mechanical Maintenance Worker: 5 positions required: High school or above, 2 years or more of experience in the coking industry, capable of implementing the company's production equipment maintenance work, promptly diagnosing and repairing equipment problems; mastering the performance and technical parameters of production equipment, conducting repair work according to equipment manuals. Salary: 6000 - 8000 yuan per month. Maintenance Electrician: 3 positions responsibilities: Regularly inspecting high and low voltage power distribution systems, lines, lighting, motors and various production electrical equipment in the factory, cleaning, tightening, lubricating and maintaining key electrical components such as control cabinets, distribution boxes, sockets and switches to ensure equipment is in optimal operation and prolongs equipment lifespan; responding quickly and handling various electrical faults. Salary: 6000 - 8000 yuan per month. Operator: 10 positions required: Junior high school or above, hardworking, able to adapt to shift work, having a strong sense of responsibility, having teamwork awareness, those with relevant experience are preferred. Salary: 5000 - 8000 yuan per month. Veterans: 5 positions required: High school or above education, healthy, able to adapt to industrial enterprise work and life, having strong sense of responsibility and discipline, obeying company arrangements. Based on the actual situation of the applicants and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the company's positions, the positions will be assigned accordingly. Salary: 5000 - 7000 yuan + performance bonus + seniority subsidy + safety special award (Veterans will also receive an additional subsidy of 500 yuan per month). Belt Inspection Worker: 10 positions required: Hardworking, able to adapt to shift work, having a strong sense of responsibility, having teamwork awareness, those with relevant experience are preferred. Salary: 5000 - 6000 yuan per month. Security Administrator: 5 positions required: Having teamwork spirit. Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for maintaining security in the factory area and vehicle management. Salary structure: Position salary + Performance bonus (Position salary × 10% - 25%) + Seniority salary (For each year of service, a seniority bonus of 100 yuan per month is given) + Safety special award; 2.
