01 Company Profile
Zhongtian Steel Group (Huai'an) New Materials Co., Ltd. officially launched on January 8, 2022, with a total investment of 20.2 billion yuan. It plans to build a production base for high-quality steel cord with an annual output of 1.6 million tons. It has become the largest single manufacturing project in Huai'an's history. The project covers an area of 2,802 mu and has a construction area of 1.42 million square meters. It plans to build 6 production branches and a research and development center, as well as a customer service center. After completion, it is expected to become the largest and most intelligent high-quality steel cord manufacturing base in the world, with an annual sales of over 20 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of over 1.5 billion yuan. It will directly create nearly 8,000 jobs. 02 Job Positions
I. Operator * 200 (6000 - 10000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities: 1. Cooperate with the team leader to complete the production output under the premise of ensuring safety and quality; 2. Operate strictly in accordance with the SOP and carry out 5S work at the site, etc. Job Requirements: 1. Junior high school education or above, height over 170cm; 2. Good health; 3. Able to adapt to the shift work schedule (four shifts with two days off, about 10 days of monthly leave); 4. Have good learning ability and can learn new skills; 5. Able to adapt to long-term standing work (mainly standing and walking)
II. Automation Technician * 4 (5810 - 10000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the maintenance, repair and inspection standard formulation of the workshop's automated logistics equipment; 2. Be responsible for the purchase and management of departmental spare parts; 3. Establish a knowledge database of equipment maintenance and assist the department in training and examinations; Job Requirements: 1. Full-time bachelor's degree, electrical, automation, mechanical, etc. related majors); 2. Those with independent system design, product selection, document writing, installation, debugging and other working experience are preferred; 3. Can independently and effectively handle product or equipment failures, possess independent communication and coordination skills and service awareness; 4. Proficient in programming of similar brands such as Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc. PLC, and proficient in related application programming software, upper computer software, etc.
III.后勤服务员 * 1 (4000 - 5000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities： 1. Be responsible for the daily reception work of various logistics meetings and catering； Job Requirements： 1. Height over 162cm； 2. Junior high school education or above， have experience in large hotels or related majors such as hotel management， tourism management； 3. Work six days a week with one day off； Long shift
IV. Electrician * 5 (6000 - 8000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities： 1. Be responsible for the repair of equipment electrical faults， inspection and maintenance， improvement repair， equipment inspection and 5S management； Job Requirements： 1. College education or above， need to hold an electrician qualification certificate (high and low voltage are acceptable)； 2. More than one year of electrical maintenance experience， master electrical maintenance knowledge and skills； 3. Familiar with PLC and related skills；
V. Machinist * 5 (6000 - 8000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities： 1. Be responsible for the repair of equipment mechanical faults， preventive maintenance of equipment， lubrication， improvement repair of equipment， equipment inspection； Job Requirements： 1. College education or above； 2. More than one year of mechanical maintenance experience， master mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills；
VI. Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance * 20 (6000 - 8000 yuan/month) Job Responsibilities： 1. Be responsible for the record and feedback of trial operation of the workshop's three-dimensional warehouse， AGV trolley， conveyor line， automatic unloading robot， etc.； 2. Conduct daily inspections of equipment， promptly identify problems and handle potential hazards； 3. Carry out equipment maintenance and calibration according to the maintenance and calibration plan formulated by the company and the department； Job Requirements： 1. College education or above， mechanical engineering， electrical automation related majors， especially excellent candidates can have a lower education requirement of junior high school； 2. Have experience in debugging and maintenance of mechanical hands， AGV robot maintenance， non-standard automation equipment maintenance； 3. Need to hold an electrician certificate； 4.
