About Us
Dexin Group is a large-scale comprehensive industrial group integrating steel smelting, coking production and steel trade. It includes Indonesia Dexin Steel Co., Ltd. and Detian Coking (Shareholding) Co., LTD. The project is located in Qingshan Industrial Park, Morowali District, Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, and is a national "Belt and Road" construction project.
Indonesia Dexin Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale integrated steel enterprise integrating coking, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking and steel rolling. Its main products are bars, wires and some billets. The current production capacity is 7 million tons, with a total investment of approximately 2.2 billion US dollars. The project officially started construction in April 2018. The first phase of the project was put into operation at the end of March 2020, and the expansion project was fully completed on September 19, 2023. This project has been included in the national key project database for the "Belt and Road Initiative" and has become an important planning project for Indonesia's development of the steel industry and a key project for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
In May 2021, Detian Coking Co., Ltd. launched the "4.7 million tons Coking Project". The total investment of the project is approximately 5 billion RMB.
Construction began on September 1, 2021. Covering an area of approximately 40 hectares, along with the supporting gas purification and corresponding public auxiliary facilities, it can enhance the scale and efficiency of the enterprise and achieve the goal of sustainable development.

Ironmaking Division
One automation engineer is needed
Requirements: Under 45 years old, with a college degree or above. Candidates with over five years of experience in managing iron-making automation equipment will be considered.
One hydraulic worker
Requirements: Under 45 years old, high school education or above, with more than five years of experience in hydraulic systems of large blast furnaces for ironmaking.
One automation instrument worker is needed
Requirements: Under 45 years old, high school education or above, with more than five years of experience in ironmaking automation instruments.
Steelmaking Division
One shaker is needed
Requirements: Under 45 years old, high school education or above, with more than five years of experience in steelmaking furnaces will be considered.
One dispatcher
Requirements: Under 40 years old, with a college degree or above. Candidates with over five years of experience in steelmaking dispatching will be considered.
1-2 refining furnace managers (reserve)
Requirements: Under 45 years old, high school education or above. Candidates with over 8 years of management experience in large converters will be given priority.
Finance Department
One Senior Tax agent (Xiamen)
Under 40 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with experience in the Big Four accounting firms and familiarity with cross-border financial and tax business will be given priority for an interview.
The position is fixed in Xiamen and business trips abroad are required.
Sales Department
One business officer/supervisor
Bachelor's degree or above graduates within three years, majoring in English or International Trade. Relevant internship experience will be given priority.
Salary and benefits

Section chief level: 16K-19K
Engineer level: 16K-20K
